You have access to all of your account information and past sales orders. A couple of features you might find useful:
Return Authorization Requests - select See All Transactions in the Billing area and then click the Request Return button on top of the sales order that you select. You will need to create a separate return for each sales order.
Quick Search (on the left side) - select the Type of item you would like to view and it quickly lists all your previous transactions. Or enter a PO to find a specific item.
Re-Order Items - shows your past items that you can quickly add to a new order.
See Orders - to check the status of a recently placed order, or see if you already pre-ordered an item.
Print an Invoice or Credit Memo - select See All Transactions and choose your invoice or memo. You will find a Print button.
